Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter(s) of the event is Sportsdirect.com Retail Limited whose registered office is at Unit A Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY (the Promoter). 
  2. The Monster Kickabout is a week of inclusive fun taking place between 4th – 8th July 2022, allowing children all over the country to unleash their inner monster by taking part in football based activities across the field and the classroom. Participating schools will receive a free information and kit pack to assist in their participation. 
  3. Only primary and junior schools are permitted to enter the event, children between 4-12 are the target group. 
  4. The relevant dates for entry are: 16th May – 24th June 2022; 
  5. Entrants entering on behalf of their school. must do so on the following website www.monsterkickabout.com Entrants will be asked to provide the following information: Name, role, department, teacher email address, contact number, school name, school type, school URN/SEED / DE Number, and school address.  
  6. Entrants entering on behalf of the school must be a full time employee of the school, be over 18 and have the relevant permission from the school to enter the event. 
  7. Once we have verified your schools entry, you will be sent a confirmation email. 
  8. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the event. 
  9. Only one entry is permitted per school. 
  10. Any personal data of the entrant or any other entrants collected by the Promoter(s) will be used solely in accordance with the Promoter(s) privacy policy. We will only collect the data of the entrant and the email address used to apply; 
  11. By signing up a school to the event, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement for them and their school to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  12. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason. 
  13. The Promoter(s) may cancel the event by giving notice on the website referred to above. 
  14. The Promoter(s) accepts no liability for cancellation of the event. 
  15. No cash or alternative compensation will be offered in the case of cancellation of the event. 
  16. Schools must arrange their own risk assessments regarding the event they set up.  
  17. Any further questions regarding the event or any element of it should be sent to submissions@monsterkickabout.com  
  18. All entrants will be required to fill in a feedback survey after the event, circulated by email to allow the Promotor to review feedback and improve the event going forward. 
  19. The event and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
